From the VENDOR: Decided to use Hausman & Holms after failing to sell through another agency. The agent was very experienced & knew his market very well. The sales process took a little longer than expected due to some glitches caused by the Barnet Council and NOT the agency. Managed to complete and happy that the flat is now sold and I can move on.
